You will be shown how to make vegetarian Indian pastels and Onion Bhajis by the Moses family and dive into the Kuchini custom of Shabbat food preparation. You will be able to fry your delicious pastel & Bhajis or, you can take them home to fry for Shabbat dinner - choice is yours!
